After 5 years after obtaining permanent residence - you get Lithuanian citizenship.

The beginning of the process and the procedure for obtaining a residence permit:

• Give us a copy of the passport 
• For a child birth certificate (Apostille)
• 4 x 6 photo
• Certificate from the bank on the availability of funds for 4200 euros per person. (+ 2100 euro for each child)
• Certificate of no criminal record (for children from 14 years) (Apostille)
• Prepayment. (~ 30%)
• Once we receive all the necessary documents, within 15 - 20 days you have to come to Vilnius for one day (we recommend to plan 2 days) for the submission of documents to the migration service.
• After receiving the documents in the service of migration - pay the remaining 70%
• 2 months after filing, you should come to Vilnius for 3-5 days for processing permit and obtain identity cards (ID).
